Gallery Series: LA Downtown
This continuation of the Cityscape Painting and LA Downtown Study courses focuses on the challenges of making larger paintings from smaller studies. To save time, Bryan projected and traced the original, but doesn't let these lines restrict him. While stressing the importance of keeping shapes abstract, as opposed to highly detailed, he'll give you the tools you need to balance color and edges to craft a vast and modern vision of this bustling city.
